Would that be possible to have a scheduler? That is to say, a way to program djuggler to run a script every day at a given time?

Congratulations for your product, it has surpassed my expactations.

Many users schedule djuggler executable scripts. Create an executable version of your script (File|Compile). (Tip: put the Suppress Errors action in your script so that the script will not halt on errors and continue running.)
You can use the windows Task Scheduler (or any other commercial scheduler) to run your script at preset times. In XP you will find the task scheduler in the control panel; in Vista simply click the start button and type "task scheduler".
