Can you add the variable Names as Column Heading into the grid. Also if it exports to Excel that it maintain the column headings, and if there is a Excel Import into the grid that the columns headings are also maintained and created as Variables within the existing script.

You can't set the variable names as column headers automatically. The best work around for this is to use the store values in grid action. This action can take a variable name, but also a literal value. The last part makes it real easy to create a column header by just typing the names you want for your column. As a bonus you get the freedom to name you column exactly as your variable or just a little bit different.
