'Initial folder' option issue

Hello Having the 'Initial Folder' option within the Open File/Folder Dialog action is potentially very useful. However if the user decides to navigate via the browser, to a location outside the initial folder i.e - any directory hierarchies above it, - there is no possibility to do so. This is a major shortcoming, making this option a 'no' option! Any chance of changing this?
