Is it possible to use djuggler to modify "Request Headers" or "HTML Meta Tag" before parsing a web page?

Because many web page use incorrect charset encoding, I try to force them to use UTF-8.

Content-Type: text/html; charset=UTF-8
OR
<meta http-equiv=Content-Type content='text/html; charset=utf-8' />

It seems this is a problem within IE.
We will take a look at the problem and hopefully find some solutions to force IE to UTF-8.
