I have an If statement that looks for a Log Out or Log In. The problem is the webpage doesnt contain "Log Out" but the source code does contain it. I am using the webpage as variable looking for Log Out as text to contain. how do i get around this issue?

Sounds you need to use the action refresh browser source before your if statement.
