Windows 'always on top bug'?

Hi It seems that the option to have text,grid or browser windows 'always on top' is not working correctly with my trial version of Djuggler Builder 3.1.1. If the main program window is clicked, it sends all other windows to the back. BTW - It would be nice to have floating, dockable panels so that for instance the 'script window' could be displayed on a different monitor, in a multi-monitor setup.
