The problem is that when I run the 'Loop Text File Lines' action inside
'Loop Files', I get inconsistent results, I can get all file names
inside Loop Files but it will skip some files in Loop Text File Lines.

For example, for file name like 1_1.txt to 1_10.txt, I can use 'Loop
Files' action to get all file names before 'Loop Text File Lines'
action, but it will skip 1_3.txt, 1_7.txt, 1_9.txt and 1_10.txt inside
'Loop Text File Lines' action.

I am using Version 3.0.5 Trial

To confirm: this was a bug in Loop Text File Lines. The bug has been solved now and will be distributed in the upcoming version 3.1.
