Djuggler 3 fully supports Unicode, also in the source viewer.
However your Windows needs to have Asian characters switch enabled.
If you can't see the Asian characters in Internet Explorer, then Djuggler can't see them also and you have to enable the support for Unicode characters in Regional and Language Options in the Windows Control Panel.
